I'm a small time guy who got out of college 4 years ago with a diploma in Administrative Information Management, and my job hunt for something in my vocation has been dryer than kim kardashian's sense of humor. I can't move towns, and I don't have a driver's license. Lots of jobs in this small town, but also lots of overqualified people overflowing the job market too. Any idea on how to get ahead and beat these other guys in trying to find a suitable full time job? I've checked my resume and cover letter a thousand times over and pounding the pavement doesn't seem to do me much of a favor either.
