How do I become an organized person?
In 2 weeks I'm moving to the city for school. I am incredibly unorganized and have some pretty pronounced ADHD. My memory is awful in general. I forget things I need, I can't keep track of all the places I need to go and things I need to do and I'm afraid of the problems that's gonna cause.
How do I change my habits? What tools should I be using? What do you do to keep organized?
Remember that BAD habits are hard to kick, and that a GOOD routine is difficult to follow
Differentiate between the two and be conscious of the small decisions you make every day. Do you go for a brief walk every morning? Do you make lunch for yourself or order food instead? Do you brush your teeth regularly?
If so, then why? Learn what makes good habits good and what makes bad habits harmful. Be mindful, but more importantly, be objective. It is YOUR life and YOUR time, so nobody but yourself can make the most of it

What do you specifically want to be organized about?
Small tip: Scheduled messages on your phone.
If you either need to remember something at a certain time, or text someone at a certain time, set your phone to send a text message at a specific time.
I use that to remind myself to do things.
Better that reminder apps in my opinion since it's in an app you use all the time (messages) and not something separate.
I know Android can do this, not sure about Apple.

Knowing where I need to be and when and not losing shit I need

Built in app is shit and I've put in things that never pop up as notifications. Notifications are turned on. I gotta find a better app

What phone do you have?
All androids I've used have scheduled messaging within the default text message app. Like sending a normal text message, but to yourself, at a scheduled time.
