Assuming they're of the same power (that they're both square roots, for example), you just do.
Ex.: sqrt(3) * sqrt(15) = sqrt(45) = sqrt(9*5) = 3*sqrt(5)
Also, isn't this what your textbook is for? Or, looking up on the internet the question?
