Wat do? I'm an intended computer science major and there doesn't seem to be any particular spoken language that would be particularly useful there.

Imagine being THIS american. It seems your only option is to learn the easiest language there is to take, since you're so uninterested in learning other European languages. Don't know what your options are, you figure it out. Anything Germanic should be relatively easy for a native English speaker. Aside from German in your case.
