I habe a cold right now, nose stuffy voice coarse, should I still try getting into the city to talk to people? I don't want to look like an autist.

Also how do I practice speaking clearly and stop stuttering, I can speak perfectly when I'm with my parents or friends, but with sudden conversations my voice goes down the drain.

Also want to know how to keep my skin acne-free. I shower every 2nd/3rd day minimum and scrub my skin with a coarse cloth. The acne is especially persistent on my legs and upper arms.

Speak slowly and have confidence, only kids make fun of others who stutter, most (adult) people don't even think much about that. Stuttering can be prevented by trying to speak slowly. Consult a speech therapist, it's easy to rid oneself of stuttering.
