Just recently moved to a new country and know what it feels like. Best advice I can give you is find a job somewhere that you can socialize with your colleagues and literally try to socialize, people do it all the time and just like most of us don't notice them doing it they won't notice you doing it, even if they do there's nothing wrong with it.

Talking to old people really helps getting the ropes of socializing, because they are experienced in having a conversation and can almost always keep it going for as long as they want, and just by being around often you can unconsciously learn to talk.
