Why does it feel like it takes so much fucking effort just to talk to people? It's weird considering I've always hated how lonely I've felt

Listen, you just have to do it. Don't think about it, just jump in. You would be surprised at how many people are receptive to chit chat. I work as a bouncer for a local bar/nightclub. Before this job, I was like you. Lonely, didn't like talking to people, etc. just do it
