Hey /adv/
How do I get over my highschool sweetheart. Im 24 now. Ive slept with three other women since then and dated two of them (one of them I even lived with for a year).
Because of family and friend circles, I still see her once or twice a year. I typically just have normal non-autistic conversations with her and leave it at that.
But I cant deny that some feelings bubble up whenever I see her. How do I kill the feels finally?
Last I may have applied to a job in the state she lives in...and I know how bad that sounds, so please help me.

If that's not true and you for some wierd reason have a chance, another course of action, but dating exes is generally a bad idea (might as well be a meme at this point)
Once you recognize that your attraction will diminish.
It also helps to not make comparisons between what your doing now and then, that relationship happened in a particular time and context.

Ill try to take that to heart
Im a completely logical person when it comes to this. I dont believe in one-itus. I guess I just have a chemical response built up
