i got a panic attack help me, i feel like I can't breath so basically I feel my upper chest muslces contracting and as I inhale i feel its getting heavy and I have this constant feeling that I'm not breathing properly based on the different sensations I feel each time I inhale, it does not hurt but my mind registers the muscles inside my body as it contracts. I also feel like throwing up.

Deep breathing exercises. Itll pass whether you do them or not.
When it does pass, think about what caused it and fix it.

Honestly I got over it through mindful meditations.
Or try chanting to Hindu/Buddhist mantras.
