I've had a blockage in my intestines for a while. its hard to eat anything and i can't get it out.

I've gotten a few pieces out, that have been white/light colored, and i could until recently get out liquid feces.

I've been trying a lot of things to get it out.

foodwise i've been
>drinking caffinated coffee, something i usually don't do because it gives me diahrea, >eating very little, mostly the occasional pretzel stick and some soup.
>swallowed a tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Not foodwise, i've been
>taking a prescription laxative for 2 days now
>using the bidet attachment on my toilet to put water into my colon, then holding it for as long as i can and letting it out slowly to hopefully get some of it out. this is what got the little pieces out that did come out.
>leaning over the back of the dining chair to put pressure and hopefully break up whatever is stuck
>blowing my nose while on the toilet.

can you guys give me any further advice on what i can try? I've spoken to my doctor and he doesn't have any other ideas.
