The whole point of 4chan is that it is fucking ANONYMOUS. Unless you are very very strange, you just don't tell anybody who you really are. This means you can block anybody with zero consequences.

Guilt is highly over-rated as an emotion. It stems from a fear of social rejection and it is a learning tool that makes you conform to social norms.
Its first cousin is embarrassment, which has the same function.

To be effective, Guilt requires that you need a social group who will shun you if you do bad things. Like your grandmother will be insulted if you don't eat another portion of her crappy dinner. You feel guilty because grandmother is a significant other.

In this case, there is no social group. No significant others. You are anonymous. They are anonymous. It doesn't count as a guilt-inducing group. If you block them there is nobody to guilt you out.

So don't feel guilty. Block them.
