I am a 30 year old man and I have to start my life over. My house costs me roughly 800 a month with utilities and insurances. I have no job history, and no education past high school, no marketable skills.
How do I fix this mess?

What happened ? But first sell the house get an apt and get a job in construction or something similar

I'd rather not say. I can say that I have made a lot of mistakes in my life and I'm trying to right the ship before I waste anymore of my time. I cannot be hired by any trade union or labor work due to my job history, hence why I wrote it as if I had no job history at all.
I don't think it would be wise to sell the one asset I own in favor of paying rent, though. In my area, rent is more than my house payment.

I would like to add that I'm leaning toward crunching everything I can on Khan Academy for 10-14 hours a day over the next few months, then applying to college for something. I'm not good at anything, so I'd have to figure that out later. Does anyone else have experience doing something like this?

>$800/mo. mortgage incl. utl.
>sell the house
Horrible fucking adv. u trolling? This b8?
OP, if you can, rent out a room+. How's your debt/credit?
>start applying to jobs that you can perform
>learn a trade/skill/license on the side

$2k in debts
Okay credit
I can go get a fast food or retail job, but I'd barely stay afloat. I guess I'm looking for a not so demanding job so that I can study in my downtime and eventually go to school and get a decent paying career.

> 800$ month house
No college education
No work experience
Probably no work that pays any amount close to being needed after taxes

You could be a non-medical caregiver, working weekends/nights. Pays more than minimum wage and depending on the case, you have time to study.

As in elderly or the retarded? I thought that all required a degree. I will look into it. Thank you, anon.
