If you have a shitton of work to do, is it better to start with the easy stuff or the hard stuff?
Easy stuff:

Use Triage.
1. Do the work that is important and urgent
2. Do the work that is routine stuff
3. Do the work that is backbreaking, tedious or pointless (if its important you already did it in 1 above)
