>20 years old
>Totally isolated from opposite sex at my job
>Can feel when a girl is attracted to me
>Turned off when they're overt about it
>Met a cute girl that was 16-18 years old
>Realize she might've been attracted to me
>Thinking about going back to where she works and hitting on her
>Don't know if she just needs time to grow-up though
She works at a sno-cone stand, but I wonder if it'd be upsetting for me to do that.
I've got no experience with the opposite sex, and it's only recently that I've unlocked empathy skills to look beyond what people say.
Is there anything about this that would be considered socially alarming, or is it normal to do such a thing? I've been a shut-in since I was 13.
Go for it, might as well try something new and at the very least get some experience or a mere kick out of it. You've literally got nothing to lose. I've never been with a girl younger than me, as I consider that against my morals (but that's just me), so I can't really tell you from personal experience. Have fun and good luck!

I think it'd be alright.
I don't have enough experience to even say something like "I don't date younger girls" because I've never dated before, and I really don't know enough about girls to even have a general idea of what a young girl thinks like.
