Depends on how minimal you wanna go. Sad to say it but at a certain point you'll just be cutting your lifespan down to the next decade tops, especially if you go alone.

To be fair, living off the grid can be nice for some. If OP really wants there are fully unplugged communities out there, but looking is a bitch since you have to do it by word of mouth and you're essentially a homeless vagabond for the rest of your life.
