I'm 31
Been taking care of my grandma since I was 18 and now she died. While I have a couple friends, we were basically all we had and I was okay with it but now I'm alone.
What do?

Nothing really to speak of. I took care of her because without her I would have entered the foster care system because my mom died after I was born and my dad is a dick and never wanted to be a parent.
