20 virgin male here. Never had a gf and I always had trouble opening my feelings towards women. That being said, I can openly talk to anyone about almost any topic, except for what I feel for a femanon. Not long ago, I've started using tinder and started talking a bit seriously with a girl. Now it's been some days I'm talking to her.
What I mean by "seriously" is I started opening the chat with something like "hey femanon how are you? I'm doing X right now" and right off the bat I started to wonder about casual stuff like the music she likes or what is she studying right now, telling some stories in between and other stuff, but I never got to move on to asking her for a date because I feel the way I talk to her is as if she was a friend. Yes, a mistake I know, but I find it quite hard to ask her to meet in person. I feel quite nervous just by thinking what she might say. I don't know if it's early to ask her or too late.
How would you follow the conversation to end up asking her for a date? I'm quite interested in her and would like her, in best case scenario, to be my gf.

First off how long have you been talking to her for? Because as soon as you send her that first message all your following texts should lead up to meeting in person. Don't text too much because when you meet in person you'll have nothing to go on since you guys have basically already told each other everything. I wouldn't worry too much about talking friendly to her but like I said you need to show her that you are interested in her as not just a friend to text.
If she talks about something food related, try to find a way to turn it around and invite her to eat.
Or you can also recommend to go somewhere, like the zoo or something, just think about the conversation and always be on the lookout for ways you can turn it around and use it to land u a date
