Lie down in your side, grab something like a pillow or something and squeeze it with all your strengh, watch some funny videos to distract yourself, if you have one of those water heating pads heat one up and put it next to your belly. I'm not sure how bad your cramps are, but when I had them that's what I used to do. Hope you get better soon anon
