Well, for me "having a place to fuck" is literally the only benefit of an apartment. I do want to get laid, but not that badly desu. And the main reason I want a house, not an apartment, is because I like really hi-fidelity, loud sound systems for music/movies. Can't listen to loud music in an apartment with neighbors...my parents are used to it.
