>woke up 8am yesterday
>work 10am-7pm
>7pm-11pm just at home
>tried to sleep
>decide at midnight to vidya a bit
>still can't sleep
>now it's 2am
>wide awake
>early shift 5am,alarm set for 4
>about to just pull all nighter
>work is 5-2pm
Don't want to just drink a bunch of coffee then just crash at work. I can drive to Walmart before work to pick stuff up. Any suggestions. End of shift, will have been up for 30 hours
Turn everything off and try to sleep, if that doesn't work try reading from a book under dim light, if that doesnt work maybe light exercise then at least a 20 min cat nap with plenty or water. Save caffeine for when you feel like you're about to crash and drink lots of water. Good luck anon.
