How do I stop fap. The reason can't be ethics, morals or girls.
All I do aside from fapping is studying and following my interests, but my interests being all related to studying require focus. If I fap everyday I can't concentrate very well and I typically do it three times a day or more.

Same problem with sex when I had a girlfriend.

Therefore I need something that is for me, I tried to get more involved in a hobby that is more time wasting like cult cinema or to bike watching stuff, but sports make me ten times hornier.

i had that problem like 5 years ago. What helped me was meditation. Not yoga or spiritual stuff, just lying on my back, breathing calmly, calming my brain once a day

Got rid of my porn addiction, got rid of my overanalyzing, and never really had to do it again since my problems went away
