>Go outside
>Tire really quick, can't go on
What do I mean by this? Would it be better if I had a car or would I be annoyed and exhausted by staying in traffic jams?

Cars can be a money pit.
You only have to worry about traffic james if you live in a highly populated area.
What kind of place do you live? In a suburb a lot of things are too far to walk. Rather than starting with a car, I strongly recommend getting a good bike. It's about five times more efficient than walking, in other words it improves by five times your radius for reaching interesting things and places while taking the same level of time/effort to get there. Cars are a large investment and requires licenses, parking and maintenance. A bike is much more affordable.

Yeah I recently started using my bike for commuting, it's better and I can still use public transport. Can't always use it though, for instance when I need to dress more formally. I can afford a car I guess, but I still need to pass the exam.
Can you describe what tires you when you go outside? Is it strictly getting there or is it the social event? For many introverted people social events are very tiring, and this is something that having a car won't fix. You need to build up your social skills little by little. You also mention you are wasting your life. What kind of activity can you see yourself doing which would make you feel less wasteful? What kind of outdoor hobby do you think you could pursue?
