I have an embarrassing problem:
>24, Female
>Average weight, healthy diet
>Works out 2-3 times a week on average
>Quit smoking recently but I vape
>Marijuana and other drug usage confined to maybe 1 or 2 weekends a month sporadically
>Lightweight with alcohol, never drink during the week
>No known medical issues
I have great difficulty waking up early- this is even when I sleep 6-8 hours a night and my sleep schedule is regular- and frequently fall asleep at work. This has been a problem with me throughout high school and college, but in recent years (since I started working office jobs) has gotten even worse. (Side note: People at some of my more active jobs where I moved around all day always said I looked tired.) Caffeine barely helps, and I've had days where I tried sipping coffee all morning / afternoon and soda at lunch. I got let go from one prior job for this reason- 95% sure they thought I was on hard drugs unfortunately- and can't figure out what to do. Interestingly enough this doesn't happen to me on weekends when I stay home.
Any ideas on what this is or how to fix it?
Go see a doctor and have bloodwork done, hell you could be a diabetic or something along those lines.
On days you don't have work or don't need to get up early, don't drink coffee. Period. This might make it a little easier, as continuous coffee consumption just makes you more resistant to it.
Get more sleep on days off too.
Fatigue is one of the first signs of vitamin b12 deficiency. See a doctor.

Before you listen to people spouting on about fatigue let me ask you, do you happen to function better at other hours? Are you typically a sleep all day/up all night person?
I typically am. I've always felt just more functional during the evening and late at night. I used to have a 6am-6pm shift job where it was a pretty regular struggle to stay awake all shift. Occasionally doze off. I switched shifts from 6pm-6am and it ceased being a problem. It's weird as fuck but it feels more natural to me anyway.
I do feel more active and awake at night. I haven't ruled out this possibility.
Never thought about B12. Previous bloodwork from other things I think ruled out diabetes or anything like that.

Damn, you sound like a slut. Don't think there's a cure for that since contrary to what tumblr says, your past does matter.
