If you are new and she has worked there for quite awhile and works in your section (dairy, produce,deli etc.) then things will be easy. However, before you do anthing, my advice is to make sure there isn't a company policy on relationships. It's something that can be easily overlooked and cause a lot of trouble.

First see if she's willing to do something alone together during break or immediately after work. You're already in the same place at the same time so doing something then should be a decision that could be made spontaneously. It will help you find out if she's interested at all.
