Has anyone had any success with Bumble?
I'm asking for both male and female perspectives.
Any tips for a male to make my profile more appealing?
I met my GF of 10 months on it, first real relationship I've ever had (23). I was her first date off of it, her second relationship.
Tinder rules apply, though I'd make it more relationship focused than hookup from the time I spent on it. No shirtless pics, have 4 photos of face, full body doing hobby, with pet, with friends.
Write a sentence or two about a hobby, and be passionate about it. No one wants a stick in the mud, be proud and excited about whatever you like to do.
Ask girls out within the first or second text conversations. Drinks or coffee or dessert are easy, casual ones. If they seem like they're into a hookup, offer Netflix and chill, more formal offer a dinner. Really a case by case basis.
If you get a date, be confident. Don't apologize, pick where to sit, don't dodge questions even if it's a sore spot. Act like you've got nothing to hide, so when you pay compliments, it doesn't sound like bullshit. Maybe say a "you look nice" at the beginning of the date, but generally stay away from them until you two have been talking for awhile. Remember what you guys have talked about so you can bring it up later in the date as a callback joke/light teasing to her or a tiny bit of self deprecation on your part.
Most importantly, don't get disheartened and keep talking and getting out there. Some girls will ghost you, some might stand you up, other dates will be garbage where the both of you are completely incompatible. Just stay on that horse and put the effort in, and you'll get your due reward.

It's a tinder clone where the girl has to initiate contact. Takes pressure off the guy starting conversations with tons of girls and getting no response back
