How do I go out more?

>spend workdays watching anime and playing vidya
>only socialise on weekends, getting drunk at parties wit friends
>literally the only thing I leave the house for are work, to buy shit and to party

I wasn't always like that. When there's good weather I loved to go swimming with friends or just hanging out somewhere outside, but now:

>hate the sun and when it's hot
>have a decent amount of body hair on my chest and back I dislike a lot, so I don't want to put off my shirt (could get rid of it i know but I wouldn't go out anyways)
>hate strangers which are at all places you can go swim at in my area
>think I have to spend time to do something productive at home (I'm an artist) but I'm maybe using 1/10 of my time for that
>rest only anime and videogames

I want to change. I'm clinically depressed and I feel like going out more would help for that as well.

I also got to know a friend of my sister, and my sis told me she likes me. She's like a 8/10 with a 9/10 personality, we match really well except that I'm a shut in and she's exactly the opposite.

Any tips how I can motivate myself to go out more throughout the week?

want to eat- go to retaurant/cafe whatever
want to be alone - go to library, search for good spot and read your manga, watch anime or whatever (at least you will get used to being around more people)
when someone asks you out - say yes
drink less alcohol, though its fun its very bad for health (i've been drinkin 0,5l vodka myself alone every weekend, not a very good idea, now i go for very soft beer coctails, because liver cant keep up with vodka).
