How to?
I'm depressed as fuck and can't focus.
I want to do something with my time. I have literally 24/7 free yet I can't seem to learn anything in all that time. I want to put my time towards something productive and make the most out of this period of my life.
But how? What do I learn? How can I learn if I can't fucking focus?

Turn off your pc, do some physical work to wake you up, figure out what you'd like to do, JUST DO IT, don't look back, don't think about how you could be doing something fun like browse 4chan, SERIOUSLY KEEP AWAY FROM DISTRACTIONS LIKE 4CHAN, continue productivity. If you're bored, find something new, read a smart book, play an instrument, practice whatever the fuck you want, take a walk.

The only thing you need to do is get off your ass and stay there.
