How do I stop being boring? I can't keep up conversations

First, you need to shake off the "I'm boring mentality". You'll never feel at ease if you just expect to be boring.

Then, just relax. You have to be good at something. You have to have something that you can talk about. Someplace, with some people. Start by doing that.

The trick in my experience to not being boring is to not talk about yourself much.

People really, really like talking about themselves. It helps if you add some input and react to what they say as if it's 30% more interesting than it is.

Just start by asking the clerk how business has been. Maybe some small talk from people at your job or maybe go to a park?

Might start greeting people with "how are you" instead of a flat "hi". You'll learn how to bridge things off from there on your own.
