I always feel like crying or running away when people flirt with me. When I was confesses once I was shaking. I never had a relationship in my life or any traumatizing experiences, but I was ignored for most of my school experience.
To be blunt I think I'm afraid of real love, but since I can handle fanfiction and cartoon crushes. Does anyone know what to do cause I've heard more people are starting to romantically.
1. Your English needs some work, but maybe you're just nervous.
2. Treat it like fanfic, if you have to. Nerd Rage kids get huge thinking of working out as grinding for exp. Some of my salespeople friends get laid pretending they're 'selling' themselves. If you have to, pretend you're a character. Play a part. Pretend it's a game. It kind of is.
3. You don't have to be hyper-confident tsundere. You can be shy. But be real, too. If you're nervous, tell someone you're nervous. Sometimes, if someone can't tell, they might misinterpret your emotions.
4. Sort yourself out. Figure out why you're afraid of real love. Clean your room. Bucko, etc.
That sounds like a dramatic over-analysis. Regardless of how you respond to flirting, you will probably only make progress after you try communicating with someone. That means putting out your real thoughts so you come to an understanding and get somewhere, not a scripted conversation based on small talk like a TV show.
