been on this stuff for nearly 3 years.
think it's time to ween off them? how do doctors generally do it and can I do it without having to go back to the doctor's?
I just feel as though it's locked up my swag and I don't feel I find comedy shows that funny anymore.
at first I thought it was bs but what I do notice is that I don't get a nagging suicide feeling over every little fuck up I make.

Doctors do it gradually, after an interview with you, so it's important that a doctor follows you in the process

Good advice. Getting a medical professional on board will also be helpful as they can assess how well your thoughts and behaviors have developed through Zoloft, which can be a good indicator that you likely won't return to pre-Z depression style.
