You don't need a liscense. Most states have State IDs that can be purchased for like 4 bucks if you can prove you are who you say you are (requirements of this vary by state).

You can sign a contract to enter the military upon turning 18. Parental consent is required, but if they don't want to consent, the day you turn 18, you could just go to the military base in your country and sign up right then.

It really depends how much time you're working with, and what state you are in. It's possible to get another job without parental consent, but it takes more time than signing a military contract.

Do you have another place to stay while you search for a job, so that you can emancipate yourself? If not, you're probably going to go back, and then march into a US military base the day you turn 18. Problem with that is that you don't get the freedom of choice there, like you do here.
