Some people have insecurities whereby if someone rejects them then they unconsciously interpret it as a sign that the person is "better" than they are, which then makes the person doing the rejecting a more attractive prospect.

Here's to clarify:
>Chads want to be the ladies' men. They want to catch the uncatchable instead of someone who throws herself at them because it bumps up their ego
>Family men and one-girl men don't trust women who are coming onto them
>Betas are too insecure, but this is the most likely group that would submit to a woman's initiative out of desperation

>looking at singular prospects, can't figure out why they can't find the rest
>stop looking at singular prospects, notice the others

It's just that I've been around so long that nothing is too stupid to be genuine, but nobody is invested enough in their own life not to be trolling.

Don't just tell them, ask them out.

Some do. Some don't.
Personally, I don't. It hurts if a crush ignores me. As for other women, though, I'm not too bothered, but I find it rude nonetheless.
