Depends on what you want.

If you just want to have fun doing it while getting exercise, then any martial art is fine.

If you want to actually learn to fight?

-BJJ
-Wrestling
-Muay thai
-Boxing

Traditional martial arts are utter trash when it comes to actually fighting.
