I woke up at 2:30 and couldn't go back to sleep, so I got on the Internet. At 3:12 CST, I heard a car blasting music for several minutes left of me (very close by, probably just the neighbors' house north of me). I thought little of it, until suddenly I heard a quick succession of pops, like firecrackers going off and at least two voices speaking loudly, again around my left. I also heard a puppy yelp several times. The neighbors' I believe this may have happened to also have a puppy.

I called at about 3:20, but I haven't heard anyone come by and no one has rang my doorbell or even called me (I gave them my number).

I'm so confused.

I remember when I was working we had this button under the counter and no one believed it worked so I pushed it. I shit you not, 2 cops rolled up in less than 3 minutes sirens blaring. Also one time I called the cops on my dad cause he was drunk and destroying his house. Cops showed up in a few minutes. Another time someone broke into my mom's house, she called me while I was at work and I hauled ass to her place, it took me 10 minutes to get there speeding. A cop was already there.

It all depends on where you live dipshit. I bet there's places in Canada a cop doesn't show up for 30 minutes and there's a place where they show up in 2 minutes. kek amerricans amirite
