It's just gonna take time man. Different people need different amounts of time to get over someone. You need time to let yourself feel the sense of loss and even possible grief. Trying to suppress those feelings to try and speed yourself along the process won't work

But she told me I put her in therapy and then ghosted me didn't accept my apologies constantly made fun of me behind my back and rubbed her new boyfriend in my face
