It's 19:30 where I live and for two hours now some nigger across my street has been blasting reggae and now rap music.
The street is full of apartments so there must be 100+ people who can hear every single word and bass movement.
Is it autistic of me to phone up the local council to lodge a noise complaint and ask them to come out to deal with it? I don't feel like getting knifed by the fucking retarded nigger who has done this three times this week.

The thing is it's Saturday evening so the council may not feel it's worthy.
This stupid nigger played loud reggae music from 5:30pm until 10pm on Wednesday and when I phoned the council a nigger woman answered and told me off for specifying that the music was "reggae" and then claimed she couldn't hear anything when I held the phone out the window.
