The female coworkers get offended whenever something rubbish happens and act bitchy afterward
I'm just a dishwasher with crippling depression and they're expecting me to fake smiles getting grease splashed all over my face and ordered around by everyone from cook to waitresses.
I just think about leaving all the time mid-shift but I really need the money.
How can I possibly cope? I can't stand this job and there's nothing else where I live.

Quit the job, get on benefits for a while and go to training/school. It is useful to maybe give up the apartment and move back with parents for a little while to save up on rent money and put towards training fees. After that's done for, you can ideally apply for a better job.

Either that, or try to look for a different job. If I was you, I'd go for a cook's assistant job in some hipster cafe, sounds comfy as fuck.
