Hey /adv/ I got use your opinion on something. I have been offered two jobs. One is a managerial role with more money but it's principles is not what I believe in. The other is a normal with less but is what I believe in what should I do?
Also /adv/ I have finished college and have no previous work experience in both roles so I think the manager role will benefit me more future wise but I still don't think I'd like it as much

Go for the job that pays the most, unless that other job will open up the potential to pay you more in the future.
Work isn't really doing what you're passionate about, it's about doing what pays the bills so that you can get home and pursue your passions there.

So, what, you can work as a manager for 50k for a while, and that manager experience will get you up to 70k, or you can work as a scrub for 40k for 5 years, and eventually pull 120k?
The bottom line is to go for whatever will give you the most amount of money over the course of your life. Fuck passion at work, that's for your side gig (which may eventually become your only job), your hobbies, and/or your family.
You're there because they are paying you, no other reason.
