Got a new debit card but messed up the activation because I have no idea how to type on the phone. I call the number and it asks me to type in my mother's maiden name using the numpad on my phone. I kept entering it in and I thought maybe I was typing it in wrong. For example I type 22 for the letter 'B'. Her maiden name is long so I thought I just kept messing it up and now I think I'm locked out. How was I supposed to type it in? I also tried just single numbers (so just type 2 for 'B' and so on), but I kept messing it up. Now when I'm prompted to input the number on the back of my card it tells me it can't process my stuff and hangs up. What the fuck do I do now? I'm going to the bank tomorrow, but how was I supposed to type it in for future reference? I've done this before, but it was so long ago.

If your mother's maiden name was Smith, you would type 76484, not 77776444844. I don't understand how you could be so stupid.
I tried that but I guess I messed it up. I tried that the first time.

>tfw I did that
I thought it was like texting... I told my bank I entered the wrong security code.
