What is the best North American monastic order?
I have managed to overcome masturbation and porn addiction, gotten very into meditation and spirituality, and am long term NEET running out of money. I don't mind work though, and can take a zen approach to monk duties.
I believe Jesus was the messiah if there ever was one, but not God himself, and I can't into lotus meditation posture- but there must be some monastic order out there I can fit into.

It's a scam, don't buy into this stuff, especially if you are not born into a buddhist family or something.
Just start reading the right books if you are looking for spiritual wisdom.

You ever think about getting a job?

After thinking about this stuff for five to ten years you'll realize (unless you are a cook and/or a fraud) that virtue is just virtue and there is nothing magical about it. If you pretend that you are the Dalai Lama or Samurai Jack, you'll just be kidding yourself and looking like a fool.
If you want to study theology, or to look for a religion, try at least reading Wikipedia. Personally, I prefer philosophy to religion, and that each religion (no matter how much of it is bullshit for sheep) has *some* amount of good philosophy in it. That's all you're going to get on 4chan, biased and cheap advice. Don't be afraid of using search engines, reading books, and talking to people.
Also, if your master is not a cult leader then he'll probably shame you for pursing "spirituality" just to escape NEETdom. There are probably more reasons you want to explore spirituality, but you have literally come here with just some gibberish about the Messiah and how NEETdom isn't working otu for you.

hey now, doing rituals with a religious community can be fun, even if they are just that

If I was born rich or win the lottery I could enjoy just being NEET and spiritual. I've been unemployed for 3 years, approaching 30 and only ever worked as a retail wagecuck before. I'm increasingly looking at merging the desire for more spirituality and a way of survival when my 70+ parents die or move to a retirement home and I've nothing to inherit. And seeing as I'm already MGTOW Monk mode I'm considering the possibility of becoming an actual monk.

As I understand it daily prayer is a big part of life for a monk. Are you devoutly religious enough to not find that kind of lifestyle stifling long term?

There are lots of monastic orders, but the problem is that most of them sort of expect you to be religious and believe in what they believe in.
