Slipped and fell in my apartment, managed to jam my fingers really hard on the concrete floor. Is there any way to treat these blood blisters, or do I just have to wait for them to eventually fade?

Seconding this. Prick it with a needle and then drain the blood out of that surface layer of the skin. Ive had that in my tiny toe when I hit the corner of a furniture and thats how I got rid of it.

Protip: when lancing a blister, sterilize the area and the needle. Then, when you Lance, Lance the edge of the blister next to the skin, instead of the top. This will allow the blister to keep draining more easily even if it fills again.
