I've been having intense anxiety and stress for the last 2 weeks and my emotions are seemingly shutting off and on randomly, usually after intense anxiety or fear for a prolonged time. I'm also starting to feel a bit hopeless and depressed at the same time(when I can feel my emotions)
Anyone dealt with this ever ? Anything I can do to lower my
Anxiety and stop behaving so apprehensively about everything.

Acupuncture works really well for this stuff if you can afford it.
Source: my dad is an acupuncturist and regularly treats me for the same thing.
Listen to some calming music for a while each day and make sure your diet is good. Don't overthink things, it will never do you any good.

reduce your stress now. do yoga. eat fucking candy. get drunk. get blown. take a bath. you don't want to get stuck in the emotions-off stressed state.
