how do i find a pot dealer who won't totally jew me on the price and give me half the amount i asked for?

1. i dont have any friends
2. live in california
3. wont get a medical card

problem is i actually do have those things, but also know that smoking pot doesnt actually help me with those things. so i actually do have anxiety, AND would still feel like i was lying to them
