I've been in a relationship with this girl for around 2 months she tells me I'm the only thing that makes her happy and stuff like that but she acts like she could care less should I break up with her after a week of dating my depression and anxiety have gotten much worse any advice

If it makes you feel any better, I did this to the man I plan on marrying someday. From the moment I met him, I knew something was special and I had to prepare myself to lose him.
