I'm nervous and I need some help. My friend got held back a semester in nursing school and she's pissed at me for no good reason. She's a very vindictive and angry woman. I have a flip phone in my uncles name and I'm afraid she might try and ruin me with any incriminating or seemingly incriminating texts. The students and professors know about my flip phone, how can I protect myself?

You're not giving us the full context so I don't see how you expect anyone to give you advice.

How are the texts incriminating? Why would you send them to her if you knew her personality?
If they're under your uncles name why would you worry about it being traced back you?
