Depends on what you mean by better. And better for yourself or to be better in other's eyes.
Physical: Work out. Mental: read non-fiction and the news. Financial: save 40% of what you earn each month and only use it in emergencies. Don't buy anything on credit. Spiritual: Help someone without expecting payback and get a pet.
Other than that just try to put more though into what you are doing and learn to not get worked up over things that won't matter in 10 years.
