First of all, recogniZe these thoughts as self obsessed. Is that something you want to be?
Secondly, recognize that you can't control others, only yourself.
Edit your behaviors, change the ones that hurt you or you don't like. Negative thought loops and the like, hygiene, fitness.

Ask yourself why you are so concerned with other people's thoughts even though you'll never know them
