Srry for spelling but I'm typing one handed on mobile.
I was outside skating and fucked up, ended up landing on my arm at high speed.
This was about 8 hours ago and I am still in agony, I cant stretch my arm out or barely move it at all.
How would I know if its serious? The pain has stopped me sleeping and cant tell if its dislocated or something, is there an easy way to know without moving arm? I'm scared of going hospital incase I just waste a bunch of peoples time on nothing but I can also barely move what do

What the fuck OP? Just get your ass to the hospital, how is this a waste of time? Better do this quick, more time you waste, you could develop a nasty infection.
If you can get first aid ASAP you could 100% recover, but if you don't, you could have a real chance of losing that limb. I'm serious, infections are a nasty thing. Bob Marley literally died from what started as a minor infection from the toe while playing soccer.

Go to the hospital. My friend broke his elbow once and didn't even think it was broken until his mom forced him to go to the hospital. Sometimes it doesn't hurt as bad as you would expect it to because everyone has a different pain tolerance.
