I focused on a tvs shows visual detail with trance like focus for like 10 minutes and now I notice much more detail perception of everything I look at , but the emotional aspect has been turned way down. Like I'm analyzing purely on visual info. It's an interesting perception shift. I have done this before but can't remember how long or what I did to return emotional perception fully Anyone experience this or know why this happens
