I've been pissing very frequently lately, in the sense that when I drink something I tend to piss it out a few minutes afterwards (even half of drinks). I'm 22/M as well. The stream is weak a fair amount, normal sometimes, and I generally never get it all out. Been going on for about 5 weeks now, usually pissing 8-15x a day. Frankly, if WebMD is right, I'm 100% on the Type-2 Diabetes symptom list so I'm going back for testing on that specifically next week.
I've seen a doctor and urologist, who tested me (blood test/urine samples/prostate) and both claim "I'm normal." They never gave details beyond "being normal," so I have no idea as I'm still pissing like crazy. Both doctors were my first visit to them, and frankly I felt they never took me seriously, so there's that.
I guess I'm posting here for a more different reason, but have any guys who fap a fair amount had issues pissing? I used to fap daily, usually with a death-grip, or with fleshlights, but the past few months its just 1-3x a week. Did any tricks help you out, or any suggestions for lowering this piss frequency?

Hold your piss to train your bladder

it's definitely just diabetes dude, not lack of masturbation

I've recently stopped fapping probably 6 or 7 times in the past month and I've definitely been pissing more too. But I've also been having really bad anxiety and panic attacks too and I just chocked it up to that, also my brother is diabetic so Ive been testing my blood with his tester and it's been normal

It's not lack of fapping per se, it's more I'm worried it had a long-lasting effect on my dick type thing. Heard stories of urethras being basically shrunk from stuff like that and requiring surgery, among other issues. Would prefer not to have probes stuck in my dick desu.

My urologist did mention stress could cause more urination, which I have been more stressed than usual. Been seeing a therapist which is helping a lot however, so I'm not sure. That's good that you're still fine too.

Yeast infection
Rare for men but still quite possible. Infection is probably in the urethra still.
